Granot Privacy Policy

Service Provider

This Privacy Policy describes how GRANOT INC / GRANOT-TECH INC (GRANOT / WE / US) collects, stores, uses and discloses the following categories of business and personal data: GRANOT is a Web-Based Application service provider (SOFTWARE / SERVICE) mainly for the Moving and Storage industry.

Granot Process Customer Data on YOUR behalf

GRANOT collects, processes and manages on behalf of OUR business customers (CUSTOMER), submitted to the GRANOT SERVICE and API GATEWAY to be stored, managed and operated by using the SOFTWARE. YOU own YOUR DATA. YOUR DATA is YOUR property. GRANOT protects it, limits access to it, and only processes it according to YOUR instructions. YOU may access it, share it through third-party integrations (API), and request that WE export or delete it. GRANOT holds the DATA in your ACCOUNT as long as you choose to use GRANOT SERVICE. After YOU terminate YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR data will be automatically deleted from OUR active database within 3 months and from OUR backups within 3 months after that.

Retention of Information

GRANOT retains YOUR ACCOUNT information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Sometimes, WE may retain your information for longer periods as permitted or required by law, such as to maintain suppression lists, prevent abuse, if required in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, to enforce our agreements, for tax, accounting, or to comply with other legal obligations. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize your information from our active databases. We will also securely store the information and isolate it from further processing on backup discs until deletion is possible.

Granot Collects Information

Website - Information about website visitors, potential customers, and others who contact GRANOT through forms or email addresses published on or linked to OUR WEBSITE.
Automatically - Information from browsers, devices and servers, cookies and tracking technologies.
Third Parties - Information from publicly available sources; Govemential, Business, Social Network, or any public information under the terms and conditions of the source.

Granot (Does Not) Share Information

GRANOT does not share, publish or sell any information/data regarding CUSTOMER and their consumers, users, contractors, 3rd parties, or activities.

Granot Publish Information

GRANOT may index and re-publish information collected from publicly available sources in a suitable manner mainly for the benefit of the CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMERS who wish to update information or to opt-out from the listing can contact GRANOT at info@granot.com . Changes will apply within 48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday).

Remove Me

The SOFTWARE adds a clear Remove Me text and link at the bottom of emails being sent by GRANOT emailing system (MAILER). The recipient (individual, business, institution) can ask to opt-out from receiving emails from the sending ACCOUNT by clicking the Remove Me link. GRANOT reserves the right to block CUSTOMERS from sending emails to recipients who requested to opt-out from receiving emails from those CUSTOMERS / ACCOUNTS.

Google API Service - Separate work environment and data storage

When SOFTWARE is verified by Google, the SERVICE can connect to several GOOGLE APIs for the purpose of transferring data from the SERVICE to GOOGLE API. The request to access the User's Google Account data is based on the USER choice and understanding of what information will be copied to the GOOGLE API and how the SERVICE changes and removes that information being sent to GOOGLE API. The SERVICE does not sniff, download nor copy information in the User's Google Account that is not related to the information that the SERVICE itself created and sent to GOOGLE API.

Optional GOOGLE API connectivity are for Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Spreadsheet, and Gmail; using the following Scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - non-sensitive - See your primary Google Account email address.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar - Sensitive - See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive - Sensitive - See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets - Sensitive - See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send Sensitive - Send email on your behalf.
